Develop programs and curriculums for the organization's employee orientation on-boarding and in-job training. Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops for the employees and develop appropriate modifications if needed. Collaborate with the company’s management to identify training needs and schedule appropriate training sessions for employees. Develop systems to monitor and ensure employees are performing their responsibilities according to the training. Ensure the compliance of the company’s employees to cooperate with standards and procedures during training sessions. Provide support, coaching and mentoring for new employees while conducting an evaluation and identifying areas where improvements are needed. Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with Managers, Peers, and Client Representatives. Creates and/or acquires training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials or content for employees as well as clients. Presents training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussions, lectures, simulations, and videos. Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements. Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in training and development to be applied in learning techniques. Select, assign, and coordinate with on-loan SMEs to conduct specific training, workshops, and development. - responsible for designing daily games to cover the agenda topics. Also, responsible for handling the behavior in the training room and evaluating the trainee’s performance in the daily practice sessions. In addition, I pitch the performance analysis and development plan with the training lead and the assistant training manager to adjust the soft skills and the product knowledge agenda that serves the enhancing the learning curve of the trainees. - - responsible for leading the team as a supervisor on the floor in the nesting period which is 20 business days to make sure that I can follow up on the learning curve of the wave till there are ready to join the operations. - After nesting, I send to reports to the floor management including handover report to next supervisor and the training report which includes the trainees learning curve and behavior feedback. - Responsible for vacancies qualifying evaluation product knowledge test creation. - Responsible for coaching trainees and retaining resigned trainees in case we have any.
