I've been working as a teaching assistant in a private university for 9 years now. I've taught many students from 4 different faculties having different characters and educational backgrounds, which was challenging for me as I needed to communicate with all these different mentalities and be able to convey knowledge and science using the most convenient approach with each and every one of them. As my journey in the education field went further I learned how to enhance my communication skills and how to handle tough situations that I might encounter with the students and also how to be more patient, understanding, considerate and friendly yet firm and professional. Dealing with students in their first year of higher education increased my passion for teaching and made me realize that the earlier we start to teach the students in the right way and make them appreciate the true value of education, the more enthusiasm they will have about knowledge and learning, and the less they become reluctant to the whole process. All of that encouraged me to start teaching high, middle school, and even elementary school students as I believe in the power of education, and I find teaching one of the most rewarding jobs.
